30-min Massage Therapy at $48 nett*

Even the healthiest among us experience body and muscle aches, possibly because of tissue damage. Lower back ache, neck pain and headaches are all common ailments, affecting 90% of the population. This is not just among the elderly, but young people also suffer similar aches, as they spend a lot of time hunched over their desks and have poor posture. Every time the aches occur, your body is telling you that something is wrong.

To serve our patients better, we have now included massage therapy services at our Waterway Point clinic to improve our patients’ overall wellness especially in the area of pain management.

Trained in physical therapy, our massage therapist’s specific anatomical skills enable her to pinpoint areas of dysfunction and pain sources, even referral pain.

Massage therapies can take on different styles and techniques, improving health conditions by:

  • Releasing blockages.
  • Restoring muscles/joint functions.
  • Promoting blood and lymphatic circulation.
  • Reducing stress and tension.
  • Relieving musculoskeletal strain and pain.

Physical benefits aside, massage therapy can also elevate one’s mood, relieve stress and improve overall wellness.
